FAQ & support
Good questions.
Everything you might want to know before you book. Can't find it? A real person is a tap away.
The check
What exactly is included?+
80+ biomarkers across heart, metabolism, vitamins, hormones, liver, kidneys and thyroid; a clinical screen of your mind (depression, anxiety, stress and sleep); body and vital measures; and a same-day doctor's consultation with a clear plan. Your exact panel is tailored to your age, sex and history.
How long does it take?+
The home draw takes about ten minutes. Your results and the mind screen come back the same day, followed by your doctor's call — the whole experience is under an hour of your time.
Why screen the mind too?+
Because the body keeps no line between them. Chronic stress moves your blood sugar and pressure; poor sleep wrecks your hormones. A flawless blood report on an anxious, sleepless person is a checkup that looked at half of you.
The visit
Where does it happen?+
At home. A certified phlebotomist comes to you for the blood draw; the mind screen and the doctor's call happen on your phone. No clinic queue, no waiting room.
Which labs do you use?+
NABL-accredited partner laboratories, with every result reviewed by a registered medical practitioner.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?+
No — it's the thorough preventive picture most checkups skip, reviewed by a doctor. When something needs a specialist, we hand you a clear picture and help you get there.
Privacy & pricing
How private is it?+
Completely. Your results are yours, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. We're built under India's DPDP Act, from the team behind AhaTherapy.
What does it cost?+
One honest price — ₹3,999 for the complete check. No tiers, no upsells, no fine print.
What if I want ongoing care?+
After your check, your plan can route you into therapy, nutrition and movement, and you can re-check in six months to watch your numbers move. Ask your concierge — we'll keep it simple.
