About Aha
We started in therapy. We couldn't stop at the mind.
Aha grew out of AhaTherapy — and a hard truth we couldn't un-learn: you cannot heal a mind in the vacuum of a body no one is looking at.
For years, AhaTherapy cared for hundreds of thousands of people through a network of 300+ psychologists. We saw something the rest of healthcare kept missing: the anxious, exhausted person with a “perfectly normal” blood report — and the person with a worsening number who'd been quietly struggling for months.
The body keeps no line between mind and matter. Chronic stress moves your blood sugar and your blood pressure. A struggling thyroid looks exactly like depression. Poor sleep wrecks your hormones, and wrecked hormones wreck your sleep. Read one without the other, and you've looked at half a person.
So we built the health check we wished existed: one calm visit that reads your blood, your body and your mind together — and a real doctor who has the time to tell you what it means, before it's too late to act.
